Sales Associate

- Ensure all communication to customers and between team members are delivered at world class standards in a fashionable time. Ensure our sales calls (meetings), events, follow ups, and presentations are always on scheduled and flawlessly organized.
- Manage executives calendars, schedules, emails, and travel and ensure preparation in advance of each interaction with a potential client and briefed on a bottom line strategic go forward basis.
- Operate as the glue that holds the team together ensuring, meeting agendas are sent out before the start of the meeting, that all attendees are on task during the meeting, and that everyone is briefed (both client and Procure Media) after the meeting and understands what was discussed and agreed to during the meeting.
